All full-priced items can be returned for an Online Credit Note (e-gift card) within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

- We will not process returns until your item is received by us.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
· Items must be returned within 14 days from their reception unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. All returned items must be sent back in perfect conditions in their original packaging, including the ORDER NUMBER, otherwise the credit note will NOT be issued.
· Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
· When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
· If an item has a Fashion Language security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Please note that if you return an item, the taxes and import duties will be refunded to you if they were originally included in the purchase price.
Please note that while very effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
I do not like an item, can I return it?
Yes, you have the opportunity to return the item within 14 days from their reception. To start the return procedure you will need to contact us and send a request for return. Our Customer Care Service will send you an Email containing all the instructions on how to return your item.
All returned items must be sent back in perfect conditions in their original packaging, including the ORDER NUMBER, otherwise the credit note will NOT be issued. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's charge. The amount will be re-credited within 15 days from reception of the merchandise. As soon as a new order is created, the amount is automatically deducted.
The credit expires automatically after 2 years, if not used.
At what point can I make a returns request for my order?

Can I change my item?
No, It is not possible to change your item. We do not exchange goods. As soon as the product gets returned a credit note will be issued and placed on your profile. Your credit will automatically be used with your next order.

How much does it cost to return items?
1 - IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR NOT CORRECT: Will not incur any costs for returning the item. You have to send a proof-photo.
